I have attached the requirement of the assignment, so the assignment is divided into 2 sections: section A and section B. ­ I only need you to do section B, using Goffee and Jones framework to assess the culture of an organization which is Rashid Hospital Dubai, this is the link: https://www.dha.gov.ae/en/RashidHospital/Pages/AboutRashidHospital.aspx Please write a brief about the hospital, and specifically assess the culture in Ward 7 which is a female medical ward with all female staff. It is one of the busiest units in the hospital, the patients are categorized as low dependency, close observation and high dependency and the high dep patients are the ones who need the most care and attention. In the cultural assessment I have decided to write about the multicultural environment. The nurses in the ward are mainly Indians and Philipinos and the unit incharge in Indian, her reliever is Philipino. the doctors are from different parts of the world. from my point of view, both nationalities are hard workers and have high work ethics, but the philipinos are more social and love to go out after work to have fun, they believe in living life to the fullest. the Indians are more serious, not very social and go straight home after work, they believe in saving money for the future and do not spend much. So how will this culture influence Teams and groups. ­ explain what is goffee and jones framework. ­ explain what is organizational culture. ­ the references should be articles published from 2012 to date. ­ no book referencing. ­ this website can be used as a reference: https://geert­hofstede.com/arab­emirates.html ­ total number of words 2000 excluding references
