In the cultural assessment I have decided to write about the multicultural environment. The nurses in the ward are mainly Indians and Philipinos and the unit incharge in Indian, her reliever is Philipino. the doctors are from different parts of the world. from my point of view, both nationalities are hard workers and have high work ethics, but the philipinos are more social and love to go out after work to have fun, they believe in living life to the fullest. the Indians are more serious, not very social and go straight home after work, they believe in saving money for the future and do not spend much.
