• Question 2: Which stakeholders, other than employers, are helped and which are hurt when an organization hires unauthorized immigrants? (5 marks)

• Read Case Study: Merck, the FDA, and the Vioxx Recall (pages 493–502).
• Write a 2500-word, double-spaced report containing the following:
o Section 1: Do you believe that Merck acted in a socially responsible manner with regard to the development and testing of Vioxx? Explain why and/or why not. (20 marks)
