Truthful representation of the war experience or slander of the German army? Discuss the contemporary reception of Im Westen nichts Neues and the reasons for the novel’s controversial status.

First of all please use the powerpoint presentation provided, to include any information that is missing (this should not be more than 300 words) as I would like you to mainly focus on editing and making sure that I have answered the question correctly. Because some of the paragraphs seem to stand there random, therefore make sure that they link to the essay question.
