Trust Paper Draft: Organizational Leadership

The purpose of this paper is to see how trustworthy others think you are, and why. Thus to do well on this paper, you must do your best to see yourself from their point of view. To begin, select a team on which you participated in (e.g., large group project you worked on in college). Next, address the four items below:

1. Background Information.:
Briefly describe the context here so that the rest of your paper makes sense  . describe the kind of team it was, and what it was trying to achieve.

2. Trust Evidence.:
Do those you work with trust you? What is your evidence that they do (or do not) trust you — i.e., not why they should (not) trust you, but indicators that they in fact do (not) trust you?

3. Trust Theory.:
What explains their level of trust in you? In answering this question, be sure to analyze their cognitive/calculative reasons to dis/trust you, including how (un)fair you are, as well as their likely emotional/sub-conscious reactions to you.

4. Increasing & Protecting Trust.:
What could you do to increase their trust?
