Topic: Poster arthritis

1. Create an engaging poster on the Arthritis. the poster must cover
2. Description of the health condition
3. Describe the IPE team involved in the care of a person with this condition and the types of services they provide
4. Reflect on the impact this condition has on the community eg: financial costs, public health campaigns etc
5. You need to cite (formatted correctly) the source of any statistics or figures and direct quotes that you use.
6. You need to give you tutors a list of references (formatted correctly) or it needs to be included in your poster.

Please note:

-Your poster can be any size you would like, however we would recommend that it be at least A3 size

-You can use powerpoint to design your poster, but on the day you do need to bring it printed out and ready to go up on the wall for the presentation.

Just copy the words that attached and paste it on the poster.

The important things make it interesting colourful with some images related to the topic.

Include the graph in the middle of the poster.
