In the abstract, the researchers conclude that translation errors occur frequently in interpretations provided by untrained nurse-interpreters. This finding seems to indicate that providing care to non-English clients can sometimes be challenging. Based on your experiences with non-English speaking clients, what do you see as the greatest challenge to providing care when the client does not speak English?
