Please make a PICO Question

Please use the data that is uploaded to create a chart showing the statistics and result. Please write an abstract. (The background of this survey was to teach oncology support staff. These include nursing assistant and unit clerk about oncology. It includes Psychosocial, emotional management in the oncology population, how to repond to patient in pain, preventing fall,caring for cancer patient and family, time management and end of life. Please use the questionnaire to create an abstract. FYI. Its a new oncology units so most staff are new to oncology that needs education.

Break down of the unit.
10 North 4 unit clerk and 8 Nursing attendant
10 Central has 3 unit clerk and 11 Nursing attendant
10 South/West has 8 unit clerk and 19 nursing attendant

Please write a Purpose. For example. Its a new oncology unit. so there will be a lot of new staff who never take care of oncology population. Improve safety, patient relationship etc.

Method- Please explain what method was used to carry out the study. e.g. survey monkey questions, will provide education based on the finding. powerpoint presentation, emails etc
