Student has a well-documented record of his/ her effort to execute the plan. The summary of self development is cogent and synthesizes knowledge gleaned from academic research. Recommendations make sense in light of the summary. Insights and findings are used and cited appropriately (include a references page) to support the plan’s pieces.
