Operational Audit Report Requirements
The objective of this project is to perform an operational audit and to prepare a report for that audit. The subject of your operational audit will be the customer service at a fast-food restaurant. Your assignment will consist of the following:
Subway
1) Preparing an audit program for your operational audit.
2) Visiting the fast-food restaurant to conduct your operational audit.
3) Preparing your operational audit report.
The assignment you submit will consist of two parts:

Frist of all, the audit program should be organized beginning from the parking lot and how they look, the tables and the restaurant as all is clean, the floor, and rest room, then the ordering does the employee greet the customer, is it too load, does the employee act and look respectful and professional , how long does it take, is the order correct, did he or she give a receipt, how does food look and taste, is it hot or cold when get it, after that the organization , people know what they are doing, enough people working, and finally is the place cold or hot, light, decoration , carpet, furniture conditions .
1) An Executive Summary for the audit (one paragraph).
2) A statement of the objective of the audit.
Assurance effective and efficacy that the customer service of subway is ….
3) A section describing the scope of the audit. (Be sure to include the date and time of your visit here.)
4) A section describing the background of the entity (one paragraph)
how many locations, for how long and so on.
5) A section summarizing your findings with a detailed list of each deficiency you noted. Each deficiency should be accompanied by a recommendation for correction or improvement of the deficiency (e.g., “Finding #1… Recommendation…”).
In the findings you should only mansion and describe and give a recommendations or corrections
