Strategy to protect innovations

– Given Apple Inc.’s situation be able to determine whether and how to protect its technological innovations.

– The objective I am working on is to complete a written plan (Attached by the name: Strategic Direction for Apple Inc.)that will suggest a practical Strategic Direction for Apple Inc. For this report I need to determine whether and how to protect Apple Inc. technological innovations given industry and organization

– Using the things learned in the class (I’ve attached each week’s lectures), describe how you would use patents, trade secrets, copyrights, etc. to protect the Intellectual Property (IP) required to support the strategy that is described in the report: Strategic Direction for Apple Inc.(attached)

– Apply as many of the following Terminal Course Objectives (TCOs) to Apple Inc. industry and organizations and protecting its technological innovations as possible. The responses to these questions should demonstrate the comprehension of the course objectives and should be aligned with the following TCO: B- Given a company situation be able to determine whether and how to protect its technological innovations.

E- Given information about a company’s industry and organization, formulate a technological innovation strategy through its new product development strategy. F- Given an organizational and industry context, identify and suggest a deployment strategy that will facilitate the success of a technologically driven organization
