Order Description

Students will select an event in Australia and will be required to conduct a stakeholder analysis, which should involve:
• Introduction?
• Identify key stakeholders/ stakeholder groups: Provides an excellent, comprehensive coverage of all key stakeholders
• Examine stakeholder interests (positive or negative) in the event
• Assess influence and importance of stakeholders /stakeholder group: Provides an excellent, insightful and comprehensive assessment of the influence and importance of all key event stakeholders
• Developing a map or diagrammatic representation of the relationships between the various event stakeholders: Provides an excellent diagrammatic representation depicting the relationships between the all event stakeholders
• Conclusions & recommendations that identify how best to engage all event stakeholders: Provides an excellent conclusion and workable, insightful and well thought-out recommendations about how best to engage event stakeholders
