This is going to be the Thesis for shifting to The application of the five Q(Quality) tool through combining the internal customers of the healthcare services firms beside the external customers to evaluate the quality of the services which will lead to discovering more gaps & closing them.
Please note that i am a PhD student in the specialty of business management and the thesis title are more associated with the quality management, therefor i am expecting that you will need to pay attention to that. We need to have a well structured survey that can be read by both internal and external customers of any given healthcare or a hospital (firm) , so both of them will evaluate the quality of the service under one single prospective and one single point of view, we will have to use the 5Q tool that was developed by Prof.Mosad Zeinelddin in developing our survey, i will send you one of his studies which he used the 5Q tool so you can have a better understanding about the dimensions which we will have to cover. We need in-depth literature review , a perfect methodology for the research, a perfect data analysis and a perfect conclusions and recommendations.
