Some people consider that sagging your pants constitutes a deviant behavior while others do not. Some people think that this is only deviant relative to the place in question – for example at church or during a formal job interview. Sagging of your pants has been prohibited as a crime in certain local jurisdictions including Clayton County, Georgia.

Do you believe sagging your pants (whereby the public see your underwear) is a deviant behavior? Why or why not? In a typical university, do you think that sagging is more predominant in lower/freshmen or higher/Senior level classes?
