Reaction Paper 4

For Reaction Paper 4 I want you to reflect on disability pride and culture. As discussed in class, if given a choice of a new life without disability many people with disabilities say they would not take it. Is it difficult to understand how someone could have a disability and celebrate it as an important piece of their identity? Can you imagine taking pride in having a disability? Why or why not? How can a disability enrich someones life?
