Obtain Another Perspective

Step 1: Ask someone your close to (friend, significant other, family member, etc)

to describe your personality. Be sure to take notes on what they say.

Step 2: “Teach” them about the 3 theorists covered this week and ask them to

explain which they believe best describes your personality.

Step 3: Provide a summary of your discussion. Do you agree or disagree with what

was stated about your personality and the theorist that best describes the

development of your personality?
