your report from scholarly resources outside your assigned readings. The report should be constructed and

Appropriate title and author, clearly identifying the tool, technique, or concept analyzed.
Page One: Should include the following information:

• Why use it?
• When do I use it?
• What does it do?
• How do I do it?
• Why is it important to project Management?
Page Two:
• A detailed example of how the tool or technique might be applied in a project management setting.
This may be from personal experience, readings, or from a simulated situation. Be sure to explain how your
example can impact project success and how it interacts within the three stages of PMBOK’s Quality Management
model.
• A list of references used for report preparation.
• A supplementary Page which should include any diagrams or figures to illustrate the tool
