Program Administration Project

Use the books from Teri N .Talan and Paula Jorde Bloon. Assess an early childhood program using either the Program Administration Scale (PAS) or NAEYC Accreditation Standard 10, Leadership and Management, or for family child care settings, the business Administration Scale. Assess the program on as many criteria/items as possible. Then write a three page report that identifies how the program scored, areas of strength, and areas for improvement. Include three to five action steps or recommendations to address the areas for improvement.
