Procurement and Project Management theories of construction projects

Critically evaluate 3 procurement methods for the given project identifying specific risk factors for each. Select one that would suit the client needs and justify your decision. For the selected procurement route, detail a process for the appointment of a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) consultant.
2. Detail your project management approach from inception to completion of the project in order to ensure that the project will maximise value for money and will be delivered to the client’s satisfaction.  The details should include: x project management framework, tools and techniques and documents that will be used;  x details of your project management team and additional consultants that need to be appointed for the project x risk management strategies x quality management  x why and how an Earned Value approach should be used in monitoring and control of the project x management of project completion and handover processes.
3. Produce a MS Project Programme for the project. Details of the project will be provided in myCourse. Make and state any other assumptions as required.
The project plan should be included as an appendix to the report. The plan should include main activities and milestones of the concept, design, construction and completion phases of the project and should be presented as a Gantt chart developed using Microsoft Project. The Gantt chart should include a work breakdown structure (WBS) and highlight a critical path. The number of activities, excluding WBS, should be limited to 25-30. Follow the design and contactor selection phases as per your recommendation of the type of procurement selected on Task1.
You must print the Gantt chart in ONE A4
