Read the excerpt from the essay, Freedom of Speech v. Freedom of Expression. Note how the author brings two concepts together in order to ask the question, “Who has the right to speak?” What do you think about the author’s question? Should we make distinctions to our first amendment rights in cases such as this?
As we move into writing our own essays, what concepts and questions might you bring together in your own work?
