Police failure to take neccessary steps to protect the victims

Write a formal letter complaining to West Midlands Police of there failures to protect Rabia Bibi from harm and further domestic violence from her son Vahid Ghulam. The police have been called on numerous occasions to the home address to remove Vahid Ghulam, call logs to the police exceed 50 calls for the same offence. Whenever the police arrest Vahid Ghulam he is subsequently released without further action. The matters are now worsening at the home address. Rabia Bibi has a support worker due to her mental health. Naveed Ghulam is also a heart patient which is the brother of Vahid Ghulam, and Vahid has fight with Naveed causing heart palpitation to increase and further stress to the heart which is damaging to the heart. Despite Rabia Bibi not making a formal complaint to the police due to her medical condition and not able to do so, it is unfortunate to say that the police have also failed to take the necessary steps to prevent the actions from Vahid to continue.

1) Write a letter asking why has West Midlands Police failed to take necessary steps to prevent further action. Why hasn’t Vahid Ghulam been charged or put on conditional bail to stop him from coming to the home address.

2) Why has West Midlands Police not put Vahid Ghulam to the courts so the judge could make the necessary order to prevent him from entering to the home address.

3) How Vahid Ghulam is effecting Rabia bibi and Naveed health condition and why should Vahid allow to continue his criminal behavior. What course of action are the police going to take now if Vahid gets arrested for the same offence.

4) Could West Midlands Police reassure that they will take the necessary steps to stop him by enforcing further action against him if he gets arrested once again. Will they be someone available to do something about the matter and enter into court to protect Rabia bibi from further harassment and violence.
