Describe your results using the scoring criteria of the assessment – include the specific scores from each assessment
Name your strengths and weaknesses revealed by each assessment
What can you do to improve these skills? Be specific including one step you can take.

In your conclusion, summarize how you might be able to apply what you learned here to your own work experience. This section should be at least 1 or 2 well developed paragraphs. This paper should be submitted Week 5.
