Perform a five-step hypothesis test on data below:

Below is the descriptive Stats I used to get the mean I used in the numerical hypothesis

Descriptive statistics Through 13 years of education

Wage
count 67
mean 25,386.07
sample variance 132,209,364.95
sample standard deviation 11,498.23
minimum 9879
maximum 66738
range 56859

Descriptive statistics 14 years plus education

# 1
count 33
mean 41,893.30
sample variance 427,583,302.53
sample standard deviation 20,678.09
minimum 10997
maximum 83601
range 72604

We must determine if a person having over 13 years of education on an average make more money by having higher wages. According to the wage and wage earners data set from research information, the mean wages earned by people with greater than 13 years of education is $41,893.30. This research will be done to see if the study can conclude with a .05 level of significance that the average wages earned by a person with more than 13 years of education is higher than those of a person with 13 or less years of education. If the null hypothesis is rejected the alternative hypothesis average population has to be greater than $41,900. The numerical hypothesis for this study is:
H₀: μ ≤ $41,900
Ha: μ > $41,900
