Outline and describe the court actions which are found within the Scottish Civil Court structure giving examples of the types of cases that may be heard and the legal personnel who might be involved within these processes

In times of dispute between the parties to a contract a variety of solutions may be applicable. For example some parties may wish to try to negotiate the concerns with the other party to come to an equitable solution, while others may seek arbitration procedures. Generally however, most disputes will follow the traditional route involving court action.
