Organizational Strategic Plan

Your Organizational Strategic Plan course project must include the below elements compiled in order into one Word document. Complete the following tasks:

• Provide a title page, abstract, table of contents, and introduction. Your introduction should include the organization’s background, mission, vision, and population served.
• Review current literature based on the Unit 5 Annotated Bibliography with any recommended revisions, including resources and ideas for developing organizational strategic planning.
• Evaluate how an organizational strategic plan is parallel to a client assessment and treatment planning processes.
• Describe the Organizational Strategic Plan using the five elements of the SAMHSA Strategic Prevention Framework model:
• Analyze sustainability of the plan and organizational cultural competence.
• Provides a summary, conclusions, recommendations, and references.

Submission Guidelines

• Written communication:You must present accurate written communication that conveys the overall goals of the project and does not detract from the overall message. Provide a logical presentation of arguments and well-reasoned recommendations with correct use of spelling, grammar, punctuation, writing mechanics, and APA citations.
• Number of pages:The body of the paper should be 12–15 pages, not including the title page, abstract, table of contents, or reference page.
• References:You should have a minimum of 10 references from books or peer-reviewed journals written within the past five years. Your references must adhere to APA style and format standards to receive full credit.
