This is NOT an essay. This is answering two questions. Each question is required to have two citings each. These citings need to be seperate on each question. The answer can be a paragraph or two long as long as it answers it to its entirety.

1)In your work setting, how might you teach and enforce ethical use of information? I am a Director of ED and Acute Care Services.

2)What wording would you include in a document that each staff member must sign before being allowed access to the information systems in your workplace (a.k.a., an ethical computing statement)?
