How might current technology be used to communicate more effectively within the various areas of the criminal justice system?

Write a 1,050 to 1,400 word paper, based on the assigned readings and additional resources, describing the process an officer should follow when communicating with another officer, the department, or the dispatch center before or after an incident. Address the following in your paper:
Identify the technological tools that might be used in the communication process.
