Look at what some provinces in Canada are doing to addressing the issue (of aging population leading to higher healthcare expenditure) in contrast to Saskatchewan.

Look at what some provinces in Canada are doing to addressing the issue (of aging population leading to higher healthcare expenditure) in contrast to Saskatchewan.

Look at the strategy the health ministry of Saskatchewan has adapted to handling this issue and also do analysis of what they are doing, and not doing to address this issue, and how if they adopt policies that are not part of what they are currently doing how it will help save/reduce healthcare cost.

And also in the recommendation do analysis to prove/show if the recommendation will work or not and why.
