1.  Complete the network diagram by conducting a forward and backward pass through the network. Compute the

early/late start time, early/late finish time, and slack time for each activity
2.  What is the project duration?
3.  What is the critical path of this network?
4.  Using any approach you wish (e.g., trial and error) develop a loading chart for the project resources:

Carpenters (C) and Electricians (E).  Assume only one Carpenter is available and two Electricians are

available.
5.  Using the resource loading chart, now compute the early/late start time, early/late finish time, and

slack time for your project.  Illustrate this new resource constrained network in a network diagram.
6.  Complete the resource activity schedule.
7.  For the new network, what is the new project duration?
8.  Which activities are now critical?
