Leadership

This project will provide a level of comprehension of the major leadership theories.
1. Part one-Compare and contrast the similarities and differences between authentic, ethical, transformational, and servant leadership theories.
2. Part two-present your argument on why these leadership theories are relevant (or not) in today’s business environment.
3. Part three is your conclusion, identify a leadership theory that most that most identifies with your leadership style. Explain why you selected the theory. Secondly, how might you develop your skills to enhance your development.
The research paper should be supported by peer reviewed articles, books and periodicals. All references and citations should be included where applicable in the body of the paper
The research paper should be at minimum 20 pages (1 cover, Abstract, table of contents, 2 reference pages (or as needed), Minimum 16 pages (double-spaced) discussion with the following outline (it can be expanded based on your research findings):

Table of Contents (separate page)

Introduction
(Include an introduction of research and some of the trends identified in your research findings that explain the shift towards more positive forms of leadership theory for business practice)
Background (provide an overview of each)
