Order Description

Answer the following question in 1500 words making reference to the relevent legal sources:
What is the difference between an employee and someone who is self-employed? Explain on what basis this distinction is decided and why it is important, making reference to relevant legal authority including cases and Statute.

It would be better to use the cases and Statute from the books in the reading list that I attached. Make sure the cases and Statute is base on the UK legislation. Thank you.
