WEEK THREE
Another exciting week of clinical as my objectives were met. Next week I will be at the same facility on June 9th, 2015 at 8:30 to 12:30pm. My objective for the week is to interact actively with the population at risk, incorporate concepts of community nursing in the provision of agency activities for the PAR. Later at 1:30pm, I will be attending one official county meeting in the county hearing room on the first floor of the community administrative building located at 14741 governor Bowie drive, Upper Marlboro. Maryland.

week 4
Last week was a bit challenging as I had to attend clinical and attend my county meeting on the same day. Next week, I will be at the same clinical facility on June 16th, 2015 at 8:30am to 5:00pm. My plans for the week, is to develop cultural and ethnic awareness and implement using it as a foundation for effective communication, so as to meet the cultural demands of the community for my upcoming health education video.

WEEK 5

Objective met for this week. Next week, I will be at the same facility for clinical on Tuesday June 23, 2015 at 8:30AM to 5:00PM. My plans for next week is to start working on my community project since I have a topic already. I intend to discuss my interventions with my preceptor, staff and PAR. I also intend to interview the PAR and start an extensive research.
