Task
Islamic traditions form the basis of the beliefs and way of life of the majority of Muslims in the modern world.

Explain the five pillars of Islam, including: –
1)The spiritual significance of each practice for a Muslim
2)The individual and social implications of practicing the five pillars of Islam for a Muslim in the Western context?
3)Consideration of both the benefits and the challenges based on the purpose of the practices.

Discussions must be academically supported with reference to subject materials, the theoretical literature, and that from wider personal research.
