Prepare a written report for a Risk Assessment and Evaluation of Integrated Project Delivery at Autodesk, Inc. Your group report should center on analyzing the engagement called “Integrated Project Delivery”, a new model of risk management, inter-firm teamwork, and multi-objective optimization in building projects. Once again, the report will be graded on the basis of substance, not volume; the target size of the report is 3000 words or Maximum 15 pages, including appendices. Provide detailed references to support your assessment.
The case study is a group assignment and there were 8 questions to answer – I am only responsible for 2 of the 8 questions which I included.
