Change to qualitative case study where researcher interviews the mentors and recently-mentored students (and perhaps non-mentored students), but also gather recent archival data from IWMF, if possible to analyze. Do not tie the study to any school schedule start/end. Finally if this study can be done using only recent archival data from IWMF, that would be the very best for time (quick IRB, and quick to gather data).
