Identify three or more problems or opportunities faced by Sy’s fish that could be addressed using reports derived from the database you have created. Each report should draw data from at least two tables in your database. You may create additional fields, tables, or records if you would like. Please document them carefully if you do. You may produce each report using Access, Excel, or a combination. Very simple reports such as a vendor phone list will receive less credit than more complicated and valuable reports. Your goal is to think up reports that demonstrate your ability to address information needs and your ability to utilize Access and or Excel tools effectively. When designing the reports, be mindful of both the content and formatting of your reports. Reports should provide the information the decision maker needs in a usable format that includes dates, titles, headings, summary information, and is sorted and highlighted appropriately. Label each report using this format: Custom report #1, Custom report title.
