Real estate is a
business with operational functions. What are potential profit centers that are
associated with real estate investment and development?  Identify centers and
how money is made.  What about profit margins?

Really think about this. This is actually a GREAT question that you should be
able to address. In fact, I have students that are making multiple six figure
incomes bu thinking through this exercise which combines investment and
investment management constructs.
