2.    You have been asked to develop and conduct a survey called “Community Needs Assessment”. This is to measure the perceived needs of the people in a community with regards to their environmental, safety and health.
a.    List the steps which you would take to conduct this survey. (10 Points)
b.    List and provide a brief summary of three peer reviewed items found through the University of Findlay library system dealing with this subject. List the search terms used and the source of the articles (e.g. , Ohio Link etc.) (10 Points)
