How Could You Put the IMF’s issue into perspective (Globalization: A Brief Overview) Considering Steger’s Point of View (Globalism: The New Market Ideology)??

In my “Key Global Economic Players” course, we have two articles to read and answer few questions on them.. I have already did it but only one question left.
