happy advantages- 21 day challenge

Starting Wednesday October28th do the following 5 things daily. I will attach are some templates to help you keep track. While you are already are doing something to improve your behavior, this is a compliment to it. Be creative. Have fun. Don’t feel shy about adding more time or information to the assignment.

So there are 5 things to do daily for 2 minutes.

For the compliment, you can Write one, quick email or message first thing in the morning thanking or praising a person who are close to. ( family members, friends.) I would message my mom or dad or gradmother, (brother ( lives in usa) )who lives in korea while I am studying aborad in USA. And also friends( who goes to school with me or someone in the other states.).

Or you can compliment to myself, while I am doing the other behavior challenge.( in a progress). My behavior challenge is a healthy eating plan. If I did follow the plan, and tried to be in a track on this plan, I can give a compliment to myself.( I started this tracking from October 19 to November 30th. So it is still on going. I have to calculate the average calories of healthy meals. And plan a meal plan for just two days a week. So basically, choose two days a week and then plan a meal plan based on the average calories of healthy meal.) ( if I did follow this and tried hard to keep on track on the healthy eating plan, this will be the compliment). – I think professor means by this “ While you are already are doing something to improve your behavior, this is a compliment to it.”—according to the direction of the assignment.

I will upload the template for 21 days for random acts of kindness, and 21 days of Gratitude. Also 2 minute guided meditation video.

this is a mediation video.

The professor only provided the template for random acts of kindness and the gratitude. But did not provide for mediation, and exercise, compliment. So we should be creative in how to be on track on those. Please find a way to track on those 3 things.

 

Also for”3 things you are grateful for” please consider that I am a senior at university. International student. Studying aboard for almost 7 years. Psychology major. Graduating soon next semester.

After tracking it would be great to include a short summary how this assignment went, how I felt about this assignment.

 

So this assignment starts from Wednesday October28th, till November 15th Sunday. For 19days. Since I have to turn this in on Monday.
