Green marketing.

Locate at least one specific promotional message or product that clearly illustrates “green” marketing efforts. Provide photographs, advertisements or printed examples (color examples work best and are preferred). Examples must be included with your responses to the questions below.

  2. Identify and describe any pictures/symbols (such as colors or natural images) being used in the message or on the package and what each communicates.
  3. Identify any certification or seals used in the message or on the package and how they position the product or organization as being green.
  4. Identify words or phrases used in the message, product package or in product descriptions.
  5. Other, anything else that will help the customer identify the product or message as being “green.”

 

Use the following scale to indicate the likelihood that this “green” marketing effort would be successful (i.e. consumers would want to purchase this green product or support the cause). Be sure to discuss any reasons why consumers would or would not be interested in purchasing this “green” product or brand over other products/brands in this product category?
