1. Do an analysis of the whole focus group

Step 1: identify the concepts being discussed and group these together to see which big themes emerged (common thoughts) and any unusual or dissenting ideas worth noting (unique).

Step 2: Write a summary paragraph that describes the big themes that emerged. Include quotes from the focus group recording to illustrate those key ideas.
