The goal for justice was to bring about change, this did not always happen. It was one thing to agree that social justice is good, it is a whole different game to know what it might be like and what conditions may be required to make it happen.
Education was important, a third of the world believed it should be vocational and practical. It was the best way to keep struggling nations conscious of the ramifications of their decisions. The question is what sort of philosophy is appropriate for each country.
The market was a major force for injustice through a form of domination that reduces everything to a dollar value. When the dollar is put before what may be right it opens the door to greed and corruption.
