Gender's diversity at the workplace in Saudi Arabia

my topic is as its written above. the literature review should focus on three main parts:

1- gender’s diversity ( gender representation in) in Saudi Arabia ( you need to identify and state what is gender diversity – importance of investigating it.. etc )

2- factors limiting gender diversity in saudi ( restrictions facing women in Saudi )

3- equality in relation to the above -investigate if there is equality in different aspects such as pay, working hours, benefits … etc.
