. PRACTICAL TAKE HOME INDIVIDUAL PROJECT (50%)
For this final take home project you have various choices. Either to extend your group project or undertake any practical project by analyzing your organization/ financial institution or a real Greek or international company. You have various options, among those:
1. Design an Activity Based Cost Management System (ABC) of your organization/financial institution / or your department or division
2. Design a Balanced Scorecard of your organization / department / division or any real firm.
3. Evaluate the decision making process or budgeting or cost volume profit analysis of your organization/financial institution / or your department or division
4. Any other managerial decision making topic that you find interesting.

WRITTEN CASE TO BE HANDED IN (Due date: as per ALBA instructions).
In writing your final take home project, whether it will be a project on ABC, or on Balanced Scorecard, or on Decision making, etc, I suggest you follow either the Classic Pen Case or BarbaYiannis Ouzo case or the Credit Agricole Bank Case or any other case discussed in class.
