Five types of personnel and a typical GQM program for each of them were mentioned in this article, namely:
1. IT Executive;
2. Project Manager;
3. Architect;
4. Development Manager; and
5. Software Quality Manager.
Explain how each one of them would probably make use of the measurement results through his/her GQM programs to help him/her make a better decision or do his/her job more effectively/successfully.
The marking scheme for each of the questions below is as follows:
5 marks: a demonstration of own effort (eg using one’s own words and effort) and the answer being in the right direction (pls note that the answer needs not be perfect but it definitely answers what has been asked)
4 marks. Falling short of the criteria for 5 marks by a fair bit;
3 marks. Falling short of the criteria for 5 marks by a distance;
2 marks. Falling short of the criteria for 5 by a big distance (eg not answering the question to the point)
1 mark. Lack of effort or answer completely in the wrong direction or an evidence of copying from the Internet or other source
0 mark: Strong evidence of copying from the Internet or other sources or from each other.
