Explain what the hypothesis will prove about specific issue if not confirmed – 5 Introduction/Conclusion

I suspect everyone can contribute at least 150-200 words for their parts. How do we want to divide up the assignment? I was thinking something along the lines of: Area Student Describe General area to be studied – 1 Explain why general area under study is important – 1 Further justify the proposed study – 2 State research problem – 3 Explain background of research problem – 3 State research questions – 4 Develop a testable hypothesis & describe its implication to the field of CJ – 4 Explain what the hypothesis will prove about specific issue if confirmed – 5 Explain what the hypothesis will prove about specific issue if not confirmed – 5 Introduction/Conclusion – 2 Some of these questions seem like they would work well together. As always, if anyone else has suggestions on dividing it up, I’m all ears! You can claim parts until Thursday (Example: “I’ll be Student # 5”) and after that, I would like to assign what’s left to whoever hasn’t claimed something. Don’t forget your citations! We need at least four peer-reviewed references. Remember that whatever subject we decide on will be the same for the rest of this course.
