Explain the error that lead to the report being written??

Select an issue that relates to one of the following criminal justice topics:
Evidence based practice
Law enforcement
Substance abuse
Then, write a 1 to 2 page first draft of the introduction to the topic and related issues (variables) that impact this issue.
Follow the introduction with a summary statement of the purpose for your research.
Then, develop a literature review (annotated bibliography) with a minimum of 10 references that will begin the research for your research project.1. Explain the error that lead to the report being written, and the impact that error had on the case in question.
2. Expain what the International Revenue Committee identified as the most significant errors the FBI Latent Print Unit made in this case/what committiee s recommendations were to prevent them from happening again.
3. Identify any other problems you can see that an error of the sort discussed in the report might cause for other identifications made by the FBI latent Print Unit, and for Latent Fingerprint Examiners in general.
