Title: Equality, Diversity and anti-discriminatory practice

Assessment criteria 1.1 and 2.1

Explain the concepts of equality, difference and diversity. Following on from this you need to demonstrate your knowledge of discrimination, analysing two different forms of discrimination and discuss the impact and effect this had on individuals, particular groups within society and how does social justice fit into this scenario (500 words)

Assessment criteria 3.1 and 3.2

Show your understanding relating to aspects with regards to the recent Equality legislation. Also, give two example of how the legislation has impacted on policies and practice within education. (400 words)

Assessment criteria 4.1

You need to give at least two strategies of how discrimination is challenged within practice, – within an educational establishment. Using a case study. (300 words) Practice which is within the OFSTED, PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE.

Assessment criteria 4.2

You need to discuss your perception and understanding when it comes to recognising diversity and give examples by evaluating to approaches in relation to this topic.
