experienced in past decades, identify and describe what you consider to be some of the key turning points in

the organization that ultimately led to a genuine effort to institute a working ethics program at Lockheed.

What were some of the things they did to initiate the company’s ethics program and why do you think so much

effort needs to be expended to affect cultural change at a company like Lockheed?
