Ethical dilemma.

A clinical situation that posed an ethical challenge,

How did you or a colleague approach that challenge, and which ethical theory would have been relevant to consider when managing this ethical challenge.

Ethical dilemma situation include: Patient came for pr-employment physical, hired by organization, so pre-employment physical was covered by employer. During encounter patient B/P found to be very high but can be taken care of in clinic. Issue was that her insurance will not pay for this visit for high blood pressure, need to be seen by primary care provider for this. But I was reluctant to discharge this patient on this high blood pressure. Manager was involved in care and medication was given to lower blood pressure. Patient was advised to follow with primary care for blood medication adjustment and further evaluation. Pre-employment physical placed on hold for clearance till B/P stable. and patient provide proof from primary care physician. Risks of high blood pressure was discussed with patient.
